Hewitt Oaks is just five minutes from Palmetto Bluff, surrounded by sweeping Lowcountry views and graceful moss-laden oaks. When you first arrive, you’ll be served complimentary signature cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
After some mingling and relaxation, Chefs Christopher and Bethany Hewitt will show us how to prepare this mouthwatering dinner. The best part is you won’t have to do any of the work! After the cooking demonstration, you’ll enjoy a plated dinner together with your choice of wine and beer.
We have tables for 2, 4, 6, or 8 — so bring your significant other or come with a group of friends! We’ll show you our tips and secrets for preparing each dish, and you’ll get all the recipes to take home with you!

Cost is $179 per couple and includes all food and beverages. 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable.
We are following COVID-19 guidelines and will be implementing additional food safety and sanitization measures beyond our normal practices, such as wearing masks while serving. You can be seated at a table for 2 to remain socially distant or you can come with a group of friends to enjoy the experience together!
Space is limited so we can have enough distance between each table. In the event of inclement weather, we will move indoors to Gracie Hall, a spacious event space with double-height ceilings and plenty of room to keep separation.
MEET THE CHEFS
Christopher Hewitt is the Executive Chef of Southern Graces. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. and has extraordinary talent and experience. Christopher worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, claimed an Iron Chef Victory, prepared dinner for Julia Childs, and has earned many other awards and accolades. He’s an expert at taking everyday favorites and turning them into an extraordinary culinary experience!
Bethany Hewitt founded Southern Graces in 2002 and is also a trained Chef. She works with high-end clients to design, plan, and execute extraordinary events, like the reception for The Lord Bishop of London, the CMT Awards, and the launch of Porsche 911. Bethany loves sharing her passion for food and design. You can count on it being a fabulous event whenever she’s involved!
