Event Details

Poison Peach Film Festival

Walk the Red Carpet with local filmmakers and actors as Hampton welcomes the 2021 Poison Peach Film Festival this January!
Poison Peach showcases locally made independent films in a variety of genres with a focus on horror and sci-fi. This year’s event has limited seating following CDC guidelines; masks are mandatory while inside the venue. The doors and box office open at 6pm each night with films starting promptly at 7pm.
Friday evening is family-friendly, beginning with shorts including a slate of student short films produced at this summer’s Five Elements Film Camp and a trailer for the upcoming horror feature “Tattoo” by local writer/director Dr. Thaddeus Jones Jr. These will be followed by screenings of Joseph Zuchowski’s Nevermorbid, Keliance EastWind’s Ghosts of EastWind and Christopher Forbes’ Die by the Sword, Part 2.
Saturday evening is adult-oriented, mostly horror, beginning with a short block including Jezibell Anat’s Feeding, Robert Seawell’s The Grandson, and Christopher Forbes’ Protectors of the Violent Faith.
Nightly admission is $8/person at the Theater box office and covers all of the films for that evening. Food and Drink will be available for purchase in Art Alley.
