Yacht Hop is Hospice Care of the Lowcountry‘s premier luxury event & largest annual fundraiser hosted at the Inland Harbour in Wexford. Yacht Hop 2024 will be on Saturday, May 18th from 5pm to 9:00pm for ages 21+.
Guests are invited to tour lavish yachts serving mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres & cocktails, prepared by the Lowcountry’s most acclaimed chefs. Attendees’ support will help fund the non-profit’s patient care initiatives, outreach programs, & ongoing development of support services that aid the 40-year mission to improve the quality of care for those suffering from serious illness, end-of-life, & grief.
