Marine Invertebrates of the Lowcountry: Just Scratching the Surface
The Coastal Discovery Museum will host Christopher Kehrer on November 30 at 2 pm for this program as part of our Discovery Lecture Series.  Invertebrates are the most abundant organisms on our planet and thousands of species can be found right here in our Lowcountry.  Naturalist Chris Kehrer will review some of our most common and bizarre inverts that you may encounter on the beach or out in the water.
Kehrer is the naturalist and education coordinator at the Port Royal Sound Foundation Maritime Center.
The cost is $7 per person for in-person program and $5 per household for virtual program.  Reservations are required and may be made by calling 843-689-6767 ext. 223.  The museum is located at 70 Honey Horn Drive on Hilton Head Island.
