Warhol Inspired Shoreline and Sea Prints at Coastal Discovery Museum
The Coastal Discovery Museum will host Alana Adams on May 19 from 5:30-7 pm for this fun program as
part of their Discovery Night at the Museum. The Lowcountry is full of amazing and unique wildlife. Let
the incredible aquatic creatures of the Lowcountry be your muse as you create your own artwork. Learn
how to create a series of two or more relief prints in the style of American Pop Artist, Andy Warhol.
Local artist and Director of Education at Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, Alan Adams, will be leading this
activity. No prior art experience is necessary. The experience is geared towards adults and upper
elementary school aged children and older.
The fee is $18 per person, no children under the age of 7 please. Reservations are required and may be
made by calling 843-689-6767 ext. 223. The museum is located at 70 Honey Horn Drive on Hilton Head
Island.
