Enhancing the historical immersion, attendees will enjoy a catered buffet featuring dishes inspired by Civil War-era cuisine. The buffet menu, curated to reflect the foodways of the time, includes Mac & Cheese, Glazed Carrots, Chicken Breast Topped with Onions, Peppers and Cheese, Roast Beef with Gravy, and Bread Pudding.
