Virtual Critter Game: Deer Populations
Parents have probably told you to count sheep to help you fall asleep, but what about counting deer to help wildlife management? Join Aaron Palmieri, educator for the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, as we learn about changes in wildlife populations by using your favorite snacks!
Items you will need beforehand:
• 1 x plate or paper towel
• 4 x 6-sided dice
• A snack in large quantities (i.e. goldfish crackers, m&m’s, raisins, skittles, veggie straws, cheez-its, etc).
• Calculator
Recommended Ages: 8-11
