The classic tale of Snow White takes the stage at the Colleton Civic Center. Lowcountry Youth Dance Academy (LYDA) reimagines a Brothers Grimm fairy tale of a jealous queen and a beautiful maiden through a dance performance for all ages. LYDA is an outreach program through the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities and will showcase 16 dancers in classical ballet, modern, and jazz. Snow White will occur at the Colleton Civic Center at 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 4th.
