We have holiday activities for you!
Spring is coming quickly in the SC Lowcountry. The days are getting longer and our temperatures are growing warmer. The Easter Bunny will be making his annual trip through our neck of the woods soon. Here’s a list of some of his stops along the way.
Start off the season by coming to the Hilton Head Island Community Church March 28th for the Spring Family Fest. The day’s event includes fun for the whole family. Enjoy the Easter egg hunt, jump in the inflatables, ride a trackless train, play carnival games and eat free Kona Ice. Food trucks will also be on the grounds to purchase lunch.
Bluffton’s Station 300 and Southern Elite Gymnastics Academy invite you to their 1st Easter Bunny Pancake Breakfast. Fill up on yummy pancakes and meet the Easter Bunny. This event is pre-sale only, so be sure to contact Aimee at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 27th to purchase your tickets. The event is March 29, from 9 a.m. – noon.
On Saturday, April 4th, the entire community is invited to Beaufort Academy for the 3rd Annual Great Helicopter Easter Egg Drop. They’re dropping thousands of plastic Easter eggs from a helicopter…yup, you heard that right – a HELICOPTER! Pre-register your children to participate in one of five age-specific egg hunts (ages 2-10) with over 15,000 eggs!
The fun doesn’t stop at the Egg Drop, you’ll also find a Bounce House Area, Balloon Artists, Professional Face Painters, Trackless Train Rides, Trampoline Bungee Jumping, many food trucks, KONA Ice, Motor City Pops, CRAVE Cupcake, DJ Jesse Gavigan & Music, and of course FREE pictures with the EASTER BUNNY! This event if free, but children must pre-register.
The Cornerstone Bluffton’s Easter Eggstravaganza will feature the following FREE activities open to the public for your family to enjoy: games, crafts, cookie decorating & kids zone featuring entertainment for children of all ages!
Groups of children participate in the hunt every 10 Minutes; There will be four hunts altogether; First come first served: Egg Hunt for 5th grade and under. RESERVE YOUR SPOT TODAY!
If you’re in Hardeeville, come have fun at their 13th Annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 4th, from 10 a.m. to noon. They will have face painting and other cool things going on along with their Easter egg hunt on the Hardeeville Recreational Complex turf football field!
Edisto Beach State Park is getting in on the Easter action too! Bring your Easter basket and join them for their Annual Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter bunny will hide eggs around the park for children ages 9 and under to find.
This event is free with park admission. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. You can pre-register by calling 843-869-4430.
Come enjoy free food, games, prizes and over 16,000 eggs at the Grace Community Church Easter Egg Hunt on Hilton Head Island. This event is free for children 12 and under, but registration is needed.
The Shelter Cove Community Park Easter Eggstravaganza is a community event held on April 11, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The hunt is for ages 2-12. They will also have bounce houses, concessions and other entertainment.
Free Admission Includes the egg hunt. Concessions and other activities will be sold separately.
The Salty Dog Easter Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza will have over 10,000 hidden eggs on April 11th. Children will be divided into age group “hunting” grounds
The day includes tons of prizes, tasty treats and free face painting
Children an also dance and sing along with Beth, The Music Lady!

The Sea Pines Easter Egg Hunt will be held at the Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground, the Easter Egg Hunt is an annual tradition and the Easter Bunny will be a part of the festivities. Provided by The Sea Pines Resort and the shops in Harbour Town.
