The Beaufort Shrimp Festival, in conjuction with Palmetto Running Co. presents the Run Forrest Run 5K Run/Walk & the Popcorn Shrimp Run!
Join us and run the streets where the movie Forrest Gump was filmed! We will run the streets of Historic Downtown Beaufort and cross over the famous Woods Memorial Bridge!
Take your picture with Forrest Gump in the park, enjoy a “box of chocolates” by the Chocolate Tree given to the overall winners & shrimp boats given to all division winners! Special award for the best Forrest Gump costume!
The Run Forrest Run is in conjuction with the Beaufort Shrimp Fest taking place on October 6th from 6pm-10pm & Saturday October 7th from 11am-5pm.
