The annual oyster roast is open to Edisto Island Community Association members and their families and friends. Non-members are always welcome. The purpose of the oyster roast is to provide the Edisto Island community with an opportunity to experience an oyster roast with their neighbors, friends and families. It is truly enjoyable to share the evening over an oyster table beside a warm fire.
The first oysters should be roasted and ready to eat at approximately 5:00 pm. The oysters will be gone by 7:00 pm, so bring your oyster knives early. Chili, hot dogs and drinks will also be served. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN OYSTER KNIFE! We hope you will be there!
