Hilton Head ~ Choral Society Concert

Tickets are now on sale for the Hilton Head Choral Society’s (HHCS) America Sings! concert. The concert is Sunday, May 26, 7PM at First Presbyterian Church, 540 William Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head Island, SC. This event is family-friendly and suitable for all ages, with ticket prices ranging from $15 to $25. Tickets may be purchased online at www.hiltonheadchoralsociety.org.
Joining the Hilton Head Choral Society at the America Sings! concert are the Hilton Head Shore Notes, Serenade Savannah Brass Quartet and a special guest speaker in an all-American tribute. According to HHCS Artistic Director Tim Reynolds, “we are delighted that the award-winning Hilton Head Shore Notes will be joining us for our final concert of our 2018-2019 season.” The Shore Notes are an important part of Hilton Head’s entertainment scene and audience-goers love what they describe as “a talented, all-female ensemble performing a’capella music with a southern touch.” The Serenade Savannah Brass Quartet will add a festive and patriotic element to the concert.
Reynolds adds that “we will celebrate our musical heritage at the America Sings! concert in folk songs, patriotic favorites and a special musical tribute to all members of the Armed Forces, past and present. Concert attendees will start their Memorial Day Weekend off on a musical note that celebrates the spirit of America and the true meaning of the holiday.”
