Hilton Head ~ Civil War Era

Civil War Era to be presented at Coastal Discovery Museum
The Coastal Discovery Museum on Hilton Head Island will present Civil War Era every Thursday at 3 pm.  Hilton Head Island was home to thousands of Union soldiers during the Civil War.  Why were they here and how did they spend their time?  Maps and historic photos reveal the story of Hilton Head from 1861-1865.
Cost is Adult $12 and Child $7 (ages 7 and older, please).  Reservations are required and may be made by calling 843-689-6767 ext. 223.  The museum is located at 70 Honey Horn Drive on Hilton Head Island.
