The Morris Center for Lowcountry Heritage presents Cooking with Local Flavor
The flavors of the lowcountry come alive in the summer! In this hands-on workshop, Lee Fields will teach about cooking seasonally with local resources. The menu includes roasted chicken, Carolina Gold rice pilaf, and spaghetti squash. Participants will learn how to make the meal from start to finish. Chicken is from Whippoorwill Farms, located in Pineland, SC.
Two classes are available: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
