Walterboro ~ Tour de Lowcountry


Event Details



Tour de Lowcountry is a scenic bike ride through Colleton County’s beautiful Ace Basin and historic plantations. Choose the 62 Mile Metric Century Ride or 31 Mile Ride. You will leave Walterboro and ride through Lowcountry passing rice fields and plantations such as White Hall Plantation , Bluff Plantation, and Cherokee Plantation with stops along the way with food and drinks. We will have Ride Medals, Ride Socks and food at the conclusion of a fun ride.
This is the Fourth year of the Tour de Lowcountry and the 44th year of the Rice Festival. We will leave Walterboro and ride through lowcountry passing rice fields and plantations such as White Hall Plantation , Bluff Plantation, and Cherokee Plantation with stops along the way with food and drinks. You will travel the lowcountry roads on your back to the same location where we started. 2019 ride will follow the same route but in reverse.The 32 mile ride will turn around at Hudson Mill stop and go back to Walterboro. We will have Ride Metals, Tee Shirts and food at the conclusion of a fun ride . So come enjoy a great day of fun, riding and fellowship.
