The Historic Bluffton Foundation is honored to present Dr. Emory Shaw Campbell for an hour-long lecture entitled “Gullah Cultural Legacies.” In “Gullah Cultural Legacies,” he will examine the historical foundations, environmental knowledge systems, language traditions, land stewardship, and community structures that define Gullah identity and continue to shape the Sea Islands today.
