What is the Mindful Triathlon? Its a FUN 5K your way – run or walk – just make it to the finish line. Followed by a 45 minute Yoga on the beach where you are certain to find your flow oceanside. And finally, a 15 minute guided meditation and gong experience that will clear your mind, relax your body, and complete the mindful triathlon.
Please join us as we come together for a fun-filled and challenging experience for your mind, body, and spirit. The Mindful Triathlon is a family friendly (open to all ages and skill levels) event focused on wellness, community, and our beautiful natural environment. The event is not scored and no awards will be distributed – BUT, everyone will get a T-Shirt.
