Come experience The Morris Center for Lowcountry Heritage annual tea. Try the unique varieties from Charleston Tea Plantation, as you learn about South Carolina’s tea-growing history. Horticulturist Joshua Giordano-Silliman of Hortfire LLC leads guests through lowcountry tea cultivation from the early 20^th century to the current commercial operation on Wadmalaw Island. The afternoon tea includes scrumptious treats. Don’t forget to don your favorite spring hat and face mask. Purchases are non-refundable.
